Opportunities with Comrise after College Leadership & Mentorship

Overview

Our Leadership & Mentorship Program was developed for recent college graduates who are interested in pursuing an opportunity within a collaborative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment. We’re looking for self-starters that want to grow with our business and will be committed to our mission.

Comrise will be interviewing May 2012 college graduates for immediate hire on your college campus.

Hired associates will begin the program by being trained in the field of technical recruiting, business development and customer service followed by the opportunity to work alongside Senior Technical Recruiters and Account Executives in order to get a hands-on overview of Comrise’s core business offerings - IT consulting and staffing.

By learning and experiencing the core functions of the business hands-on, associates will have the opportunity to grow into multiple positions within the company, including both Account Executive and Technical Recruiter positions.

Qualifications

• Have a BA/BS Degree by May 2012 (All majors considered, IT/IS majors are a plus but not required)
• Possess excellent written and oral communications skills
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office 2011 Suite
• Ability to think creatively and “on your own feet”
• Ability to multi task and put priorities against daily schedule of tasks
• Ability to work under extreme pressures and keep to deadlines
• A real team player
