Cost
Unlike typical consulting companies, we do not charge the cost associated with recruiting if you find and recruit your own candidate. Instead, Comrise will charge your company a low Payrolling Fee on top of the W-2 payrollee's direct labor rate. This fee includes the employer portion of payroll taxes, insurance, overhead expenses, and an administrative fee.
Based on our analysis, the cost savings for your company can be as much as 25% per consultant, compared to using the services from consulting companies that do not provide payrolling services.
