The purpose of pir Referral Bonus Program is to reward those who refer qualified candidates that materialize into placements.
The
Candidate Referral Bonus Program offers a
Bonus paid to eligible participants, for each referred candidate successfully placed by Comrise as a direct result of their referral. Past amounts have been
up to $1500. The Referral Bonus amount may go over $1500 for certain exceedingly difficult-to-fill roles.

HOW TO QUALIFY?
Submit a REFERRAL by filling out the Referral Form when reviewing a job position
in our career database. When the referral results in a placement for Comrise within 6 months of the referral date, a REFERRAL BONUS will be paid to you. Referral Bonus Amount is determined on case-by-case basis. Past amounts have been
up to $1500. REFERRAL BONUS amount may go over $1500 for certain exceedingly difficult-to-fill roles.
Potential Employee Referral Bonus Program – Prerequisites
- Submission of the Potential Employee Referral is valid upon confirmation from Comrise management that the referral has been reviewed and accepted.
- For consulting assignments, the minimum duration of the assignment is 3 months in order to qualify for the Referral Bonus.
- For permanent roles, in order to qualify for the Referral Bonus, the candidate must be employed through Comrise’s guarantee period with client. (Varies by client. Most clients require 90 days.) The Referral Bonus will be paid after Comrise receives payment from the client or after the afore-mentioned guarantee period is satisfied, whichever is later.
- The Potential Employee Referral is valid within the 6-month period following the receipt of the referral.
- All Referrals are “first come, first serve.” If another party has recently referred the candidate to Comrise, then the earlier party will be the one eligible for the Referral Bonus.
- Because Comrise provides resources for a wide variety of technical skill sets across multiple industries and across all experience levels, the REFERRAL BONUS AMOUNT is determined on a case-by-case basis by Comrise management. Determining factors include, but are not exclusive to, market conditions surrounding the role and Gross Profit.
- No Referral Bonus is available for candidates already in Comrise’s database.
- Referral Bonus is dependant upon Comrise first receiving sufficient payment from its client.
- Referral Bonus is not retroactive. No Referral Bonus will be given unless the Referral Bonus form has been submitted and confirmed by Comrise, prior to the placement.
