Comrise Promotes 2 Former Interns to Management Team
Comrise announced the promotion of Kelly Dingman to MIS/Director of
Campus Recruiting, and Steven Grover to Director of Marketing.
Both Kelly and Steven began their careers at Comrise as
interns, and now each will be managing individual departments.
Kelly began as a MIS Intern in 2007 while attending Ramapo College of
New Jersey. While overseeing MIS, Kelly is also now directing Comrise's

Learn, Grow, Lead, and Succeed
Comrise is stepping out to Job Fairs, On Campus Recruiting, and other
campus events in 2010. We're hoping to reach prospective individuals
that would be a perfect fit for our business. For questions regarding

Program Overview
Comrise's Leadership in Training Program will include training
in all aspects of Comrise’s operations. We're hiring associates who
will primarily work in our Headquarters office in Hazlet, NJ. In the
near future,We plan to include even more positions at both our
headquarters and other locations.
Interested? Our team will provide you with the training and tools
you'll need to succeed in our industry. There will be basic business
training and rotational programs to familiarize you with our company,
culture, services, and workflows. Our assosciates will work in the
roles of marketing, sales, recruiting, and more.
EligibilityIf you have a passionate drive, a GPA greater than
3.0, and will graduate with a Bachelor's Degree by May 2010, we invite

Great Article - For American Workers in China, a Culture Clash
As the trend continues to rise for Americans working abroad in China, a colleague passed along a great article discussing the benefits and issues that exist with Americans working abroad in China.
In regard to the issues that exist, Ting Wang, 25, an associate at WildChina, a travel company
based in Beijing.That imbalance does not go unnoticed by Chinese workers. “There is
definitely the perception that Americans get paid more for the same
work."
While styles of business may be different, it is a great experience for the short and long run to work an environment filled with diverse cultures.
