Tradition
Tradition is defined as beliefs or customs taught by one generation to the next, often orally. The word tradition comes from the Latin raditionem, acc. of traditio which means "handing over, passing on", and is used in a number of ways in the English language

As the holidays are just around the corner, this is a time in the year, where traditions come alive more than ever. Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving from your friends at Comrise Technology!

Sincerely,
Steven Grover
Persistence is Key

Hope everyone is excited for the upcoming holiday!

Today I wanted to touch upon the fact that how important "Persistence" is for an individual's success. Whether you are a recruiter struggling to find the "perfect" candidate or a Sales Executive trying to develop business with a new client, it is important to understand that if something does not work out the first time, there is always another opportunity.

If you have had two or three candidates interviewed, and one of which who was offered a job, but then declined the offer. It is easy for you to want to throw it in the tank, but think about it, what type of image of would that put in the mind of your manager or moreover, your own image of yourself. Through perserverance comes success, and though it is easier said than done, it takes committment and understanding of your skills, and how to use them effectively.

Enjoy your holiday weekend!

-Steven

How fast does your webpage download?
Hi Everyone,
Hope everyone has an enjoyable weekend!
Take some time this weekend to relax and maybe even watch some college football or NFL games !

Something I just came across before I was finishing up was an article focusing on page speed, and according to Google, "Page Speed May Become a Ranking Factor in 2010." Below is the link to the article; I strongly suggest taking 2-3 minutes and reading this article. Once again, enjoy your weekend and thanks for reading.

Benefits of a Payrolling Service
Besides offering 25 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, Comrise also offers its clients, Payrolling services....

In Corporate America, hiring managers commonly hire acquaintances as contractors, e.g., former employees or internally referred contractors. Frequently, these new contractors will need to look for a consulting company to bill their services through.

Our Payrolling Service, which is available nationwide, will reduce your costs in this arrangement. You find the candidate and negotiate the pay rate; we will charge you a low fixed fee and take care of the rest.

As a Minority vendor, Comrise also helps your organization achieve your minority spend goals.
