From an Old Intern
As Comrise is now looking for some great college students near our NJ office for our Marketing/Technology Internship, I thought I'd post a little bit about the importance of interning while in college.
I started interning at multiple companies while I was an IT major in College. I interned at two other companies besides Comrise but ultimately was given the chance to work full time with Comrise after graduation. Participating in internships not only gave me an edge over my classmates upon graduation, but also made my final courses at college that much more appealing and useful.
I felt like a lot of my intern experience prompted me to have more in-depth discussions with professors and classmates. I remember always having examples for other students who had yet to get into the "business world". You can only learn so much from books and professor stories, so having college internships was the best thing I could have done for myself while in school.
That being said, the opportunity Comrise has available right now is a great one. We're looking for talented students in the Middlesex/Monmouth NJ area that are pursuing a Bachelor's degree and have an interest in Marketing, Sales, and Technology. For more information, please see the job page. Thanks for reading, as always!
